031- FM - Communications Restored

This warning is issued after a previous Flow Max COMM FAIL

warning. It indicates that the submaster has been able to re-

establish hardwire communications with all the participants of

the Flow Max link. Communications with all participants is

required in order for any program to execute.

Step 1: IMPORTANT:

Upon resolution of problem, CLEAR all warnings at

the satellites.
